Grace House provides separate housing for both males and females in a structured sober living environment based on the 12 Step Principles with an at-home atmosphere. We institute a 4 Phase System to help guide our residents through early recovery. Our residents will be required to meet certain criteria in order to move from phase to phase. The program is formatted to allow all residents to enter and successfully complete in a 6 to 8 month period with an aftercare regiment to follow. We institute a zero tolerance policy for substance use, all residents in the program will be randomly tested while under our supervision. We do not provide Medical or Therapeutic treatment services to our residents, but offer several holistic options to supplement continuation of care. We also work with many providers to get you into the proper levels of care.

Fairbanks offers individualized care to meet the needs of each person. They offer variance treatment programs all the provide life skill development, education, support for your family and guidance on how you achieve lifelong recovery. The final cost of treatment is determined by the level of care required, the length of participation and specific medical treatment required. Self-pay discounts and payment plans are available to individuals who do not have insurance coverage. They suggest you contact your insurance provider and learn about the inpatient or outpatient benefits you may have for your treatment needs.Fairbanks offers a variety of treatment programs for adolescents, young adults (men 19-24), and adults, all of which incorporates relapse prevention, group therapy, nutrition education, stress management/life skills development, family education groups, AA, CA, NA meetings or workshops, spirituality, recreational therapy, and acupuncture (if desired).     • Inpatient-This level of care includes detox, rehab, residential treatment, and involvement in 12-step recovery groups.Fairbanks incorporates visitation with our family programs, which provides loved ones with information about addiction and recovery.

    • Outpatient

      • Partial Hospitalization (PHP)- PHP is for medically stable individuals who live in a supportive environment and have daily transportation for on-campus programming. Partial hospitalization is comparable to rehab but allows the patient to return home nightly. Involvement in 12-step recovery groups such as Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), Narcotics Anonymous (NA) or Cocaine Anonymous (CA) is emphasized.

      • Intensive Outpatient (IOP)- IOP offers group therapy several days and evenings per week. Education is offered to individuals and their families through special weekly family programming. Individuals are expected to participate in a 12-step recovery program. Special groups are available for chronic relapse patients. Outpatient programming is also provided in Hendricks County.

    • Recovery High School- Hope Academy is a fully accredited, tuition-free, Indiana public charter high school that provides opportunities for academic achievement, sobriety and personal growth for students and their families. Hope Academy students earn Core 40 and Academic Honors Diplomas and have the opportunity to take dual credit courses.

  • Relapse Prevention Program Relapse Prevention is for those that have completed a recognized treatment program for a dependency condition but have had a recent episode of returning to substance use. Sessions last between 90 and 120 minutes twice per week over a 16 week period. Attendance at support groups such as Alcoholics Anonymous or Narcotics Anonymous is required.

However, the South Bend center is one of its most comprehensive ones. It offers recovery services for substance abuse and addiction issues for various addictive chemicals. Their recovery services are available to clients through the outpatient and the inpatient program. Whereas, the inpatient program is available as long-term or short-term service. It uses detoxification services during the initial recovery and also offer halfway house services for the clients that have completed their recovery program. Their mission is to help the client take the first step towards a better life while offering constant support. They are accredited, licensed, or certified by CARF, DMHA, STARS, Aspin and United Way.

Teen Challenge is a 12-18 month inpatient treatment program for adult males (18+). Teen Challenge provides Christian faith-based, residential care to young adults who struggle with life-controlling problems. They focus on total life reformation and employs Christian philosophies to heal the mind and body of the clients under its care. This facility mainly uses residential recovery plans to integrate a proper environment and positive habits into the client for a lasting sober recovery. They have a daily routine that incorporates meals, work, devotion time, and group classes. They allow home passes for holidays, once in winter, and once in spring.
